Aasta albumi tiitli võitis rockbänd Arcade Fire, edestades Lady Gaga’ t, Lady Antebellum’ it, Katy Perry’t ja Eminemi. Arcade Fire noppis auhinna oma kolmanda albumiga “The Suburbs”.
Hästi läks ka bändil Lady Antebellum – lahkuti viie trofeega, sealhulgas valiti nende megahitt “Need You Now” aasta lauluks.
Vanameister Eminem ja tema “Recovery” hinnati aasta räppalbumiks. Lady Gaga sai Grammy popvokaalalbumi kategoorias kogumikuga “The Fame Monster”.
