OHMYGOSSIP — In July Emily Maynard was negotiating a deal to become the next Bachelorette. It has now been confirmed that the winner of Brad Womack‘s season of The Bachelor, will indeed return to the franchise on The Bachelorette season 8.
Emily Maynard, who broke off her engagement with Womack last summer, was reluctant to appear on The Bachelorette because of concerns of being away from her daughter Rickie. But according to a source, the show is moving production to Maynard’s hometown, Charlotte, NC.
People magazine reports that Bentley Williams, who admitted to cameras that he had hoped Maynard would be the one handing out roses during last season’s Bachelorette with Ashley Hebert, is vying for a spot on the show.
